What defines Executive Coaching and Advisory at Holter Consulting?

We are committed to getting to understand each individual and their unique challenges and needs. 

 

At Holter Consulting, coaching is a collaborative dialogue. We ask questions and listen attentively, but it's not solely about you talking. We also share our thoughts and hypotheses based on what we hear and observe during our conversations.

 

Sometimes advisory support is needed. We often share our knowledge, experiences, and advice, providing answers alongside asking questions.

 

As coaches and advisors, we shift between exploring, supporting, and challenging to meet your needs.

Conversations with a Psychologist

When you choose coaching at Holter Consulting, you engage in conversations with experienced psychologists. As business psychologists (MSc.), we possess a deep understanding of the human psyche, personality, behavior, learning, and social interactions. We combine this knowledge with our extensive experience in developing executives.

 

Being psychologists enables us to explore your challenges, behavioral patterns, and thought processes more thoroughly. Our primary goal is to help you gain greater self-awareness. For us, it's not just about providing you with tools; we aim to help you understand the underlying dynamics of why you think and act the way you do.

A confidential space for executives

Executives operate in complex and unpredictable environments with high demands and conflicting expectations. Having coached hundreds of executives, we understand the complexity and stakeholder landscape executives must navigate. 

 

Executives often have limited opportunities for confidential discussions. The phrase “it’s cold at the top” highlights their feelings of isolation and lack of safe spaces for reflection.

 

We offer a confidential space for leaders to express challenges and frustrations freely. For many, it is a relief to have a neutral sparring partner who understands their world. This supportive setting allows them to focus on personal growth and development.
