Halvor Holter

I hold an M.Sc. in psychology, am a certified coach, and have extensive experience coaching hundreds of executives and executive teams in global companies.   Specializing in developing Executive Presence, my goal is to help executives and teams engage, inspire, align, and move people to act. My aim is to enhance clients’ strategic self-awareness, enable them to achieve their business goals, and succeed with their company’s strategy.   Dynamic dialogue characterizes my coaching approach. Creating a safe psychological space is crucial for leaders to share their challenges and concerns openly. I am empathetic, fully present, and engaged as a coach and advisor.   I emphasize each leader’s uniqueness and specific business context, meeting them where they are. Together, we explore how they can build on their strengths and gain awareness of “blind spots” that may hinder their progress. My focus is on fostering sustainable, well-anchored changes in leadership behavior.   As an advanced user of various psychometric tools—including ExPI™, LTPI™, and numerous Hogan assessments—I frequently use these assessments as a starting point for individual and team coaching engagements.

Line Pfeiffer Jørgensen Holter

As a business psychologist (M.Sc.) and seasoned Executive Coach and Advisor, my approach is characterized by empathic, present, and mature listening skills. These qualities foster trust and create a safe environment where learning and development can flourish. My coaching and advisory style is a two-way dialogue, where questions spark reflection, and advice and practical tools are shared to drive development. In this safe space, I also challenge and provide clear and direct feedback, which executives seldom get from their surroundings. Through coaching, leaders can explore their behavioral patterns, communication, and leadership style. The goal is to create sustainable relationships, lasting results, and increased self-awareness, which is paramount for any executive wanting maximum impact. I understand the complexity of the role and environment executives must navigate. Coaching always focuses on the leader’s specific situation, goals, and stakeholders. I am certified in the ExPI™ (Executive Presence Index), LTPI™ (Leadership Team Performance Index), HPTA™ (High Performing Team Assessment), and various other assessment tools. Recognized as the leading expert in Executive Presence Development in Europe, I have provided over a hundred ExPI™ feedbacks and have successfully developed numerous executives and executive teams across diverse industries worldwide.
